The main Kingston planning application will be considered at the Planning Committee to be held at Guildhall, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1EU on Wednesday 11 March at 7.30pm. If you can, we would recommend attending the meeting in person.

If you made an objection or comment you should have received an email notification about the meeting with details on registering to speak. Councillors and stakeholder groups, to the north and south of the site, are coordinating on the best approach as there is only a 5-minute speaking slot for each side.

The northern access to the site falls within the London Borough of Merton and a separate planning application for these works is being concurrently assessed by LBM. The Kingston Planning Committee report states that the Merton application will be presented to Merton’s Planning Committee on 18 March 2026. This is still to be confirmed, and the next Committee date is listed as 19 March on Merton’s website.
